Refund policy

Because of the nature of this work (being a small business, printing in batches and we function out of Ashlee's home in Oregon), all sales are final.

Nine Shapes Co is not responsible for any missing mail through USPS. If you believe your mail was lost, please file a claim with USPS here. 

We mail out orders from Oregon, USA every 2-5 business days.

Please double check and be sure you typed in your correct address information. Nine Shapes Co is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addressing.
